You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betpka account credentials, including your username and password. betpka strongly recommends that all account holders use a unique, strong password not used on any other platform, and that they enable any two-factor authentication options made available on the betpka platform.
betpka and its representatives will never request your betpka password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, telephone, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from betpka that requests your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to betpka support immediately.
You must notify betpka immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your betpka account. betpka will not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or your failure to promptly notify betpka of a security breach.
betpka reserves the right to lock or suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, without prior notice, as a protective measure. You will be notified of any such action via your registered email address.
betpka accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20. betpka reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the betpka Cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your betpka Balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
All deposits made to betpka must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. betpka does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the account involved may be subject to suspension pending investigation.
Currency: All betpka account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at time of deposit.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by account holders in respect of Real Money Funds held in their betpka Balance, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 8.
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of betpka's KYC identity verification process. betpka is required to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of account holders before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit documentation including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or passport, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method to which withdrawal is requested.
Withdrawals on betpka are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the betpka Cashier page. betpka aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Cashier, but reserves the right to extend processing times for security review purposes.
betpka reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, betpka may request additional documentation before processing proceeds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpka platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Account holders may request the voluntary closure of their betpka account at any time by contacting betpka customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
betpka's decision to suspend or close an account, and any determination regarding the treatment of funds held in a suspended or closed account, is final and binding subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
All content on the betpka platform — including but not limited to the betpka brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betpka or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content from the betpka platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written consent of betpka. Unauthorised use of betpka's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpka, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the betpka platform, including losses arising from gaming outcomes, technical interruptions, errors in published odds, payment processing delays, or actions taken by betpka in accordance with these Terms.
betpka does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the betpka platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party payment system failures, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
betpka's total aggregate liability to any individual account holder, in connection with any single claim or series of related claims, shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betpka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, betpka will publish the updated Terms on the betpka website and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered account holders of the changes via their registered email address.
Continued use of the betpka platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you should cease using betpka services and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this document. betpka recommends that all Players review these Terms at least once per month to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable to betpka's operating jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and betpka, you are encouraged to contact betpka customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. betpka will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.
If an informal resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be escalated through betpka's formal complaints process. betpka's decision on any dispute, following completion of the internal complaints process, is final and binding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
